What is LGRA? LGRA, pronounced "leg-ra", is an acronym for the Large Gazehound Racing Association. LGRA is a sighthound related sport. Some retired racing Greyhounds are perfect for the LGRA activities and will do quite well in this venue. If your into having a good time with your dog and you would like to sport your dog...much the way the Flyball and Frisbee dogs do then maybe you should check out LGRA. Please note...if you decide to sport your dog you will need to know the dogs reason for retirement. Any dog that has been retired due to injury cannot and should not be participating in the LGRA fields. Also understand that this is not a playgroup sort of activity.
